Terms and Conditions
On ORDERS PLACED THROUGH THE SHOP
All orders placed via the shop will be processed within 3-4 days. This time frame includes baking, decorating, drying, and packaging. If you requested for shipping, add 1 more day to the processing and 2-3 days for the actual shipping time, unless you paid for same-day or overnight courier.
If you are after a specific colour or design, you’ll need to submit a custom request form. Otherwise, what you see on the photo is what you’ll receive, unless there are colour options on the listing.
Be informed that the colour/s of the design/s on the photo may vary depending on the resolution of your mobile or computer screen.
Payments accepted are Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Transfer. Your order will only be processed once your payment has been confirmed.
Once the order is placed and payment is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are no longer accepted.
On CUSTOM COOKIE ORDERS
For all custom order cookies, clients are required to fill-up the form found on www.kaicookieartistry.co.nz/custom. If we haven’t discussed the price via other means of communication (i.e. Facebook or Instagram direct messaging), a quote will be emailed to the client within 24-48 hours.
An invoice will be issued, after the client has agreed to the quote, and the 50% non-refundable deposit is payable within 7 days. If the order was placed 7 days (or less) before the event, full, non-refundable payment, is required as soon as the client agrees to the quote.
Bookings are only confirmed and placed on the calendar after the deposit has been received. Payments accepted are Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Transfer.
Full payment is required on or before the pick-up date.
If you have initially paid in full and decide to cancel your order, only 50% of the total amount will be refunded. A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations.
On SHEDULED COOKIE DECORATING CLASSES
All reservations are final.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations are not accepted unless you give a 2-week (14 days) notice prior to the class date.
Refunds will be the total amount paid less $20 admin fee.
KAI Cookie Artistry has the right to cancel a class in case of an emergency or if it doesn’t meet the minimum number of students. If this happens, a 100% refund will be provided.
On PRIVATE COOKIE DECORATING CLASSES OR PARTIES
All reservations are final.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations are not accepted unless you give a 2-week (14 days) notice prior to the class date.
Refunds will be the total amount paid less 10% admin fee.
KAI Cookie Artistry has the right to cancel a class in case of an emergency. If this happens, a 100% refund will be provided.
SHIPPING and HANDLING
All the cookies that are being shipped are carefully packaged. KAI Cookie Artistry is not liable to any breakage or damage that the cookies incur during shipping.
Tracking numbers are provided as soon as a package is sent. KAI Cookie Artistry is not liable for any loss that may occur during shipping or after delivery.
For Auckland clients, you have the option of choosing same day delivery.
